Your catalogue goes out on WhatsApp from LoopCapture WhatsApp with your company name, or from your own WhatsApp API. Visitors also get a thank-you email. You see the rate before you send.

Questions about pricing

Is the app really free?+

Yes. Every show, your whole stall team, every feature, up to 100 leads. No card and no contract.

What happens above 100 leads?+

You keep capturing; nothing stops. After the show you pay a small per-lead amount for the extra leads, or the flat per-exhibition price if that is lower. We tell you before the show which is cheaper.

What is the free pilot then?+

Your first exhibition is free even if you pass 100 leads, so you can see what a busy show costs before you pay anything.

How do we pay?+

Inside the app, after the show: UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay in India. Gulf customers: contact us to arrange payment. Invoices carry no GST, as we are not GST-registered. No contract, no sales call.

How does WhatsApp work?+

You choose one of two options at sign-up. LoopCapture WhatsApp sends from our number with your company name and contact card; rates are on request. Or connect your own WhatsApp API from any provider: we only connect it and charge nothing for it.

What if we stop using it?+

You keep your leads and can export them to Excel at any time.

Do we need to buy or rent hardware?+

No. Your team uses its own phones and tablets, even without signal in the hall.

Can you invoice in AED or SAR?+

Yes. We quote in ₹, AED, SAR or USD. Gulf invoices are issued from India, with VAT under reverse charge.
