Privacy policy
Last updated 7 November 2026Who we are
LoopCapture is a LoopCare Technologies product and a brand of Purple Global Ventures LLP, GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. This policy covers this website, the LoopCapture app (for exhibitor staff and the kiosk), the LoopCapture Visitor app and the Exhibitor Panel. Contact: hello@loopcapture.in.
What we collect on this website
What you type in our forms (name, company, mobile, email and exhibition details) and, only if you agree, analytics cookies from Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Clarity.
What we collect in the apps
LoopCapture app (exhibitor staff): your mobile number or email to sign in, and the leads you capture: the visitor’s name, company, mobile, email, interests, your notes and rating, and the visitor’s consent. LoopCapture Visitor app: your mobile number to sign in and, if you add them, your name, company, role and email, your favourites, notes and the stalls you muted.
Camera, NFC and notifications
Camera: the LoopCapture app uses the camera to scan visitor badge QR codes and to photograph a business card when you tap the shutter. A card photo is saved with that lead in your company’s private storage and its text is read (see Service providers). The Visitor app uses the camera only when you tap Add on a stall, to take an optional photo; those photos stay on your phone and are never uploaded. NFC: only the LoopCapture app (not the Visitor app) reads the NFC chip of a visitor badge, only while the Scan screen is waiting for a tap, to get the badge code. It never writes to a badge. Notifications: the apps may ask to show reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your phone itself, for example one an hour after a lead is marked hot. We do not collect a push notification token and our servers send no push notifications. Face ID or fingerprint: the LoopCapture app can use it to unlock the app; your face or fingerprint never leaves the phone. Photos and contacts: the Visitor app saves your QR badge to your photos, or adds a stall’s contact to your phone, only when you tap the button for it. It never reads your other photos and does not read your address book.
Verification codes and messages
To sign in with a mobile number we send a 6-digit code on WhatsApp or, if you choose it, by SMS. WhatsApp messages go through MSG91 and Meta’s WhatsApp Business service. SMS are sent by LoopCare Technologies, the registered SMS sender, on behalf of Purple Global Ventures LLP, through MSG91. Email codes and emails to visitors are sent through Resend. When a stall invites you to the Visitor app, the link is sent the same way (WhatsApp first, SMS if WhatsApp does not go). WhatsApp messages from an exhibitor come either from LoopCapture WhatsApp (our number, with the exhibitor’s company name) or from the exhibitor’s own WhatsApp API from any provider, whichever the exhibitor chose. We keep a log of the messages we send (who was written to and whether it went, never the text) for 12 months.
Leads captured in the app
Visitor details captured at a stall belong to the exhibitor who captured them. We process them on the exhibitor’s behalf, with the visitor’s consent recorded on every lead.
Why we use it
To answer your request, set up your pilot, send what you asked for and improve LoopCapture. We never sell personal data.
Your rights and how to use them
Under India’s DPDP Act 2023, the UAE PDPL and the Saudi PDPL you can ask to see, correct, export or erase your data, stop messages, and withdraw consent at any time. In the Visitor app: Me, then “Download my data” (a copy is emailed to your confirmed email), “Delete my account”, and “Stop messages” on any stall. Exhibitor staff: ask your company’s admin. Anyone can use our account deletion page at www.loopcapture.in/account-deletion or write to hello@loopcapture.in. Each stall keeps its own record of meeting you, with your consent: ask that stall to erase it, or reply STOP to its messages, and write to us if you need help finding who holds it. We reply within 7 days and finish within 30 days.
Where data is stored
In India (Mumbai) by default. Gulf customers can choose UAE or Saudi data regions on request.
How long we keep it
Pilot, quote and account deletion requests from this website for up to 24 months. Leads for as long as the exhibitor’s retention setting allows (365 days by default), then they are deleted together with their business-card photos. The log of messages we send (who was written to and whether it went, never the text) is kept for 12 months. A Visitor account is kept until you delete it. When a company closes its account, we delete its data 90 days later.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can download your own data at any time. Our staff cannot see leads; support access needs the exhibitor’s permission and every access is recorded.
Service providers
A small set of providers help us run LoopCapture. Supabase: database, sign-in and private file storage (Mumbai, India). Cloudflare: this website, DNS, the bot check on our forms and email forwarding. Resend: email. MSG91 and Meta WhatsApp Business: WhatsApp and SMS codes and messages. Google Cloud Vision: reads the text on business-card photos to fill the form; only the photo is sent and we keep only the suggested text. Razorpay: payments by paying customers. Analytics providers only if you agree to cookies. They are listed on our Security and privacy page. We tell customers before adding a new one, and promptly if a breach affects their data.
